Insurance/Fees

We participate in all PPO, POS, PHP, HSA, co-pay, private pay, Medicare and Medicaid Programs.

Our fees for professional services are consistent with those charged in other offices in the community. An estimate of proposed fees for any procedure will be given to you when requested. Please remember the responsibility for payment of your bills rests with you, as your insurance plan is a business relationship between the two of you.

Although we will file all types of insurance for you, we do not consider third parties responsible for your medical bills. Patients are responsible for payment of any balance not covered by their insurance carrier. Should you have financial problems that will result in the delayed payment of your bill, please contact us. We will make every effort to work out an acceptable payment plan that will enable you to take care of your obligations.
